One Meal to Good (or Bad) Health
As the article below explains, each meal has an immediate effect on your health. The good news is that you can moderate some of the effects: for example, eating nuts with white bread to slow down the absorption of the refined carbohydrates that would otherwise raise your blood sugar to an unhealthy level. Unfortunately, the lack of nutrients in refined foods are not that easily compensated for.
